Rent conditions:

Prices include:

Bed linen, towels, final cleaning and water.

Prices do not include:

Local resort fee: adult 10,-/pers./day, child 18 yrs younger 2,- /pers./day
Electricity 4,-/kW
Wood (on request): lump sum 800,-/week/fireplace 

Spare bed 100,-/day
 

Guarantee for incidental damage  of the property and furnishing:

7.500,- / whole chalet

4.000,- / half of the chalet 
1.500,- / apartment
 

Payment:

Advance payment 40 % of the total amount when the reservation is confirmed; the remaining amount 6 weeks before arrival (bank transfer).

Cancellation fee:

less than 7 calendar days before arrival = 100%
8-14 days before arrival = 75 %
15-21 days before arrival = 25 % 
22 days and more = no fee
Animal: 100,- / day - on agreement with the property manager

Arrival and departure:
arrival between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.; a different time of arrival is possible on agreement
departure     before 10 a.m.
