TERMS OF PAYMENT
A deposit of 40% of the total price must be paid at the time of booking. The deposit is due for 7 days and the property is reserved for the interested party for this period. After expiry of this period, the landlord is entitled to offer the property to another interested party.
At the latest 14 days before arrival, a receipt for payment of the remaining amount will be issued with a due date of 14 days. If the balance is not paid within this period, the landlord is entitled to offer the property to another interested party.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
CANCELLATION LESS THAN 13 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL
Cancellation fee is 100%.
CANCELLATION LESS THAN 14 - 29 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL
Cancellation fee is 50% (not applicable for New Year's Eve and Spring Break)

it is necessary to leave the property no later than 10:00. Earlier departure times are possible only by prior arrangement. Later departure times are not possible

PROVISION OF BEER AND TAPS
A keg and a tap can be provided by prior arrangement. Rental of a beer tap CZK 20 € for the whole stay. Beer price according to the current price list
ANIMALS
Pets are not allowed in the house. A fine of 80 € will be charged for non-compliance.
FURTHER INFORMATION
THE ENTIRE BUILDING IS A NON-SMOKING AREA !!! A fine of 200 € will be charged in case of violation
